# LRF3W Series Low Value 3W Chip Resistors
## Electrical Characteristics
️· Power Rating: 3 Watts @ 70°C
️· Resistance Range: 0.003 to 1 Ohm
️· Tolerance: 1%, 2%, 5%
️· TCR (Temperature Coefficient of Resistance): <R0.04: ±550 ppm/°C, ≥R0.04: ±100 ppm/°C
️· Dielectric Withstand Voltage: 200 Volts
## Environmental & Mechanical
️· Ambient Temperature Range: -55 to +150°C
️· Preferred Values: E24 series
️· Pad/Trace Area (minimum): 500 mm² (for rated dissipation on FR4 PCB)
## Construction & Packaging
️· Construction: Thick film resistor on 96% alumina substrate with non-noble copper material.
️· Terminations: Wrap-around with electroplated nickel barrier and matte tin finish (RoHS compliant).
