## Overview

️· 3A Bus Termination Regulator for DDR-SDRAM applications.
️· Provides regulated voltage with bi-directional output current.
️· Features current-limit and on-chip thermal shutdown protection.
️· Output voltage tracks the voltage at the VREF pin.
️· Adjustable output voltage via external resistors.
️· Shutdown control via VREF pin for standby/suspend mode.
