Note: <OUT_DIS>: this bit has to be set to 0 with the command START before power

stages OUTx and IGNx can be activated. As long as <OUT_DIS>=1 any data for

these power stages is ignored. It is not affected by reading, and it is reset by POR,

software reset SW_RST command and when the RST pin is asserted.
