Lid is secured with either two, four, or six stainless steel Philips head machine screws,depending on enclosure size.
Lid screws are outside the gasket protection area to eliminate the need for o-rings.
Lid screws are self-captivating on six sizes: 1550Z107F, 1550Z108F, 1550Z116F, 1550Z117F, 1550Z137F, and 1550Z139F. Lid holes are slightly undersized and threadedwith the first installation.
Gasket is pre-formed, one-piece silicone rubber and installs easily into lid groove.
Gasket has a temperature rating of -40°C to +150°C (-40°F to 302°F).
No internal ribs for easy installation of connectors without interference or additionalmilling.
