DESCRIPTION
SiP32458 and SiP32459 are slew rate controlled integrated high side load switches that operate in the input voltage range from 1.5 V to 5.5 V.
SiP32458 and SiP32459 are of P-channel MOSFET switching element with integrated gate pump that provides 20 m switch on resistance over a wide input voltage range.
