General Description
The AAT3236 is a MicroPower low dropout (LDO) linear regulator designed to deliver a continuous 300mA output load current and is capable of handling short duration current peaks up to 500mA. With a very small footprint SOT23-5 package, it is ideally suited for portable applications where low noise, high power supply ripple rejection (PSRR), extended battery life, and small size are critical.
