The MAX3793 transimpedance amplifier provides a compact low-power solution for applications from 1Gbps up to 4.25Gbps.

♦ 4.7psP-P Deterministic Jitter (DJ)
♦ 195nARMS Input-Referred Noise
♦ 2.9GHz Small-Signal Bandwidth
♦ 2.8mAP-P AC Overload
♦ Photocurrent Output Monitor
♦ 3.5kΩ Differential Gain
♦ Compact Die Size (30 mils x 50 mils)
