This is accomplished by connecting an external resistor between the Trim pin and either the +Sense or -Sense pins. With an external resistor between the Trim and +Sense pin, the output voltage increases. With an external resistor between the Trim and -Sense pin, the output voltage decreases. The external Trim resistor needs to be at least 1/8W of rated. The values for trim resistors shown in trim tables below are according to standard E96 values; therefore, the specified voltage may slightly vary.
