DESCRIPTION

LP14040P is a high -voltage, high-current integrated power switch incorporated with many

intelligent protection features. The device input ranges from 4.5V to 40V and it supplies up to 3A

continuous current. The intelligent protections include over current, input over voltage, over

temperature, short circuit, and input under voltage lockout. Programmable fault timer circuitry controls

the time stay in maximum power or current limit status. Low quiescent current makes it an ideal

solution for battery powered applications.
