67 / 131 page  VAA Diagnostic Measurement The VAA diagnostic measurement (DIAGSEL[2:0] = 0b010) verifies that VAA is within specification This diag- nostic measures VREF using REF as the ADC reference. VAA diagnostic for ADC1 is given by: DIAG[15:2] = (3.3/5) x (16384d) = 10813d VAA = (DIAG[15:2]/16384d) x 5V VAA (for ADC1) =3.29V The result for VAA should fall within the range provided in the Electrical Characteristics table for VAA. VAA diagnostic for ADC2 is given by: DIAG[15:2] = (3.3 x (5/8)/2.307) x (16384d) = 14648d VAA = (DIAG[15:2]/16384d) x 5V VAA (for ADC2) = 4.47V Figure 37. VAA Diagnostic ADC1 Figure 38.
