These are stress ratings only. Operating the module at these or at any conditions other than those specified in the Operating Conditions sections (section 4.2) of the specification should be avoided. Exposure to Absolute Maximum Rating conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability. ☞ Electrical characteristics are defined according to the verification on a representative number of samples or according to the simulation. ☞ Where application information is given, it is advisory only and does not form part of the specification. 4.1 Absolute maximum rating ☞ Limit values given below are in accordance with the Absolute Maximum Rating System (IEC 134).
