(1) This register identifies the flash timer and timeout settings.
(2) At maximum output current the flash duration should be limited to 120 ms (depending of VF of the LED, thermal design and
ambient temperature) to avoid overheating of the AS1170.
(3) Internal calculation for codes above 7Fh: flash timeout [ms] = (flash_timeout-127) * 8 + 256 [ms]
