LED function selection
The data on these pins are latched at the end of reset to
select LED modes. The default value is mode 3. The detail
functions are illustrated in the following table.
After reset, these two pins becomes MII interface TXEN and
TXD3 if pin 53 EXTMII_EN is pulled high.
