1. Shape factor (Se/Le): the larger the shape factor, the higher the impedance. If there is 1

turn through the ferrite, a snug fit and longer core is recommended (space permitting).

2. Adjust the ferrite core’s position to target the antinode of the problem frequency.

3. Impedance performance can be increased by turning the cable around the core.
