Analog BIST
Over current, over/under voltage, open load circuitry is checked through analog BIST self-
test implementation controlled by SPI command (CR14 dr_s_chk). The check can be
implemented by microcontroller after POR by SPI command or also at run-time depending
on the application requirement.
