available from Freescale for import or sale in the United States prior to September 2010: MC13892VK and MC13892VL in 139, 186 MAPBGA packages.

°C ≤ TA ≤ 85°C, GND = 0 V unless otherwise noted. Typical values noted reflect
the approximate parameter means at TA = 25°C under nominal conditions unless otherwise noted. Currents valid over entire
operating temperature range, except at 25°C only. Current in RTC Mode is from LICELL = 2.5 V, in all other modes from BP =
3.6 V. External loads are not included.
