History This datasheet deals with product characteristics of AT90PW2 and AT90WM3. It will be updated as soon as characterization will be done. 2. Disclaimer Typical values contained in this datasheet are based on simulations and characterization of other AVR microcontrollers manufactured on the same process technology. Min and Max val- ues will be available after the device is characterized.
