BGU6101 MMIC wideband amplifier
The BGU6101 is an unmatched MMIC featuring an integrated bias-
enable function and a wide supply voltage. It is part of a family of
three products (BGU6101, BGU6102, BGU6104), and is optimized for
2 mA operation.
Features
` Applicable between 40 MHz and 6 GHz
` 13 dB gain and 0.8 dB NF at 450 MHz
` 50 Ω FM LNA: 15 dB gain and 1.4 dB NF at 100 MHz
` Integrated temperature-stabilized bias for easy design
` Bias current configurable with external resistor
` Power-down mode current consumption < 1 μA
` ESD protection > 1 kV Human Body Model (HBM) on all pins
