NOTES: A. All linear dimensions are in inches (millimeters).
B. This drawing is subject to change without notice.
C. Dimensions are measured with the package
seated in JEDEC seating plane gauge GS-3.
D. Dimensions do not include mold flash or protrusions.
Mold flash or protrusions shall not exceed 0.010 (0,25).

about the lateral and longitudinal package centerlines.
L. Controlling dimension in inches.
M. Falls within JEDEC MS-011-AB.
