A family of filters for use with the main sizes

All filter assemblies mount directly on

assembly is compact and low profile by

design, with a similar version also available

Construction

The assembly consists of three parts; an outer

grill cover, an inner fixing plate and a filter pad.

The grill cover is moulded in polycarbonate

with a matt finish. It incorporates quick release

fasteners to assist easy changing of the filter

pad. The inner fixing plate is constructed of

steel sheet, with a matt black epoxy powder

finish. A welded wire screen provides

protection when the filter pad is changed

with the fan still running.

The filter pad is made of white synthetic

bonded fibre to specification P15/150R.

Filter Performance

The filter pad will achieve a 75% dust particle

retention down to 5-10 microns in size and

can withstand temperatures of up to 100°C.

The pad is also flame resistant to BS2963.

A reduction in airflow of around 20-30% can

be expected with a clean filter assembly fitted.
