Description

The MBRF1060CT_MBRF10100CT is a N-channel

enhancement-mode MOSFET , providing the designer

with the best combination of fast switching, ruggedized

device design, low on-resistance and cost effectiveness.

The TO-220F package is universally preferred for all

commercial-industrial applications

Features

• Guard ring for overvoltage protection

• Lower power losses, high efficiency

• Low forward voltage drop

• Low leakage current

• High forward surge capability

• High frequency operation

• Solder Dip 260 °C, 40 s

• RoHS compliant package

Application

For use in high frequency rectifier of switching mode

power supplies, freewheeling diodes, dc-to-dc converters

or polarity protection application.
