L1 22 µH inductor with ISAT > IPEAK where IPEAK is the boost converter peak current (see Equation 1) 1. These components can be added to avoid any 22 kHz tone distortion due to heavy capacitive output loads. If not needed they can be removed leaving the PDC pin floating. |
