4.16 Fiber port configuration
Port 4 of IP175GH can be configured to be a fiber port or a TP port individually. A port becomes a fiber
port if its FXSDx is connected to a fiber MAU or pulled to high. A port becomes a TP port if it’s FXSDx is
pulled low.
