The coefficient values of luma_coef_0 to luma_coef_7 should be entered as 2’s complement, and the rest as normal positive values. The hardware will internally generate normal positive values. Default values: The FIR filter is symmetrical with the following response: Working frequency of this filter is the one of pix_clk (27, 24.545454 or 29.5 MHz), and the filtering is done on upsampled signal (half pix_clk to pix_clk frequency by padding by zeros).
