30 / 226 page  Functional overview STM32F732xx STM32F733xx 30/226 DS11854 Rev 6 When the internal reset is OFF, the following integrated features are no more supported: • The integrated POR/PDR circuitry is disabled. • The BOR circuitry must be disabled. • The embedded PVD is disabled. • VBAT functionality is no more available, and VBAT pin must be connected to VDD. All packages, except the LQFP100, disables the internal reset through the PDR_ON signal when connected to VSS. Figure 10. PDR_ON control with internal reset OFF 3.16 Voltage regulator The regulator has four operating modes: • Regulator ON – main regulator mode (MR) – low-power regulator (LPR) – power-down • Regulator OFF 3.16.1 Regulator ON On packages embedding the BYPASS_REG pin, the regulator is enabled by holding BYPASS_REG low.
