precedent.

Sets the nominal VOUT regulation voltage when VSEL pin is high.
When RANGE bit is low, the VOUT range is from 0.600 to 1.39375V.
When RANGE bit is high, the VOUT range is from 1.440 to 3.345V.

where G = 1.0 when RANGE bit is low, and G = 2.4 when RANGE
bit is high.
