Normal operation. IGBT on and carrying current
Short−circuit current threshold reached
Protection function triggered
IGBT turns off with soft turn−off
Fault output activated (initial delay 2 ms, tFOD min. 50 ms)
IGBT “LO” input
IGBT “HI” input is ignored
Current stays at zero during fault state
