For the applications that require the device to be turned off, make sure to power off for at least 15 seconds

before turning the device back on.

7.3.2 Buried Zener Reference

The 7.6V reference output is generated with an ultra low noise buried zener diode which is biased at 15mA

current. This buried zener exhibits extremely stable long term stability characteristics, which helps REF80 to

achieve an accuracy of calibration grade instruments.
