7.4.4.8 Example of using Double Size Attribute
In parallel mode, Double Size characters can be
obtained as follows. This attribute concerns two
consecutive rows. The character to magnify must
be repeated on the two rows. Bits 2 and 3 of the
shape attribute must be set on the two locations. In
addition bit 4 must be set or reset to define the top
or bottom half-character.
