AS1370 − Electrical Characteristics

All limits are guaranteed. The parameters with Min and Max

values are guaranteed with production tests or SQC (Statistical

Quality Control) methods.

VIN = VOUT(NOMINAL) + 1V, or VIN = 2.6V (whichever is greater),

SHDN = GND, CIN = COUT = 1μF, IOUT = 100μA;

TAMB = -40°C to 125°C (unless otherwise specified);

typical values are at TAMB = 25ºC.
