consumption.Whenthebitchangesstatefromlowtohightheinternalcountervalue
willberesettozero,howeverwhenthebitchangesfromhightolow,theinternal
counterwillretainitsresidualvalueuntilthebitreturnshighagain.IfthePTMisin
theCompareMatchOutputModeorthePWMoutputModeorSinglePulseOutput
Mode,thenthePTMoutputpinwillberesettoitsinitialcondition,asspecifiedbythe
PTOCbit,whenthePTONbitchangesfromlowtohigh.
