164 / 203 page  Temperature sensor L9678P, L9678P-S 164/203 DocID029274 Rev 3 14 Temperature sensor The L9678P provides an internal analog temperature sensor. The sensor is aimed to have a reference for the average junction temperature on silicon surface. The sensor is placed far away from power dissipating stages and squib deployment drivers. The output of the temperature sensor is available via SPI through ADC conversion, as shown in Table 11.
