Bit 6 (LDOEN): LDO Enable bit, if TK power source form VDD, this bit invalid.

0: LDO Disable

1: LDO Enable (Default)

Bit 5 (TKPSB): TK power source select bit.

0: TK power source from TK Regulator.(Default)

1: TK power source from VDD.

Bit 4 (TKOE): TK Inactive waveform output enable bit.

0: Disable. (TKO pin not output TK Active shielding waveform)

1: Enable. (TKO pin output TK Active shielding waveform)

Bit 3~2 (TRVS1~TRVS0): TK Regulator Voltage level Select.
