2.3.7.6 LVPECL

Low-Voltage Positive Emitter-Coupled Logic (LVPECL) is another differential I/O standard. It requires

that one data bit be carried through two signal lines. Similar to LVDS, two pins are needed. It also

requires external resistor termination. IGLOO2 and SmartFusion2 SoC FPGAs support only LVPECL

receivers and do not support LVPECL transmitters.
