For more information about the serial programmer, contact your serial programmer manufacturer. Refer to the user’s manual included with your serial programmer for instruction. Table 20.8 lists pin description (flash memory standard serial input/output mode). Figures 20.15 and 20.16 show pin connections for standard serial input/output mode. 20.9.1 ID Code Check Function The ID code check function determines whether or not the ID codes sent from the serial programmer matches those written in the flash memory. (Refer to 20.3 Functions To Prevent Flash Memory from Rewriting .) |
