Internal parallel flash memory of the ADSP-BF506F EZ-KIT Lite is a

4 MB (2M x 16 bits) Numonyx M58WT032 device, which is internal to

the processor. The address range for flash memory is 0x2000 0000 to

0x203F FFFF
