Product Description
The DP950XB series is a highly integrated constant
current LED power switch. The chip adopts a
quasi-resonant working mode and does not require
auxiliary winding detection and demagnetization.
At the same time, it integrates a high-voltage 500V
power MOSFET and a high-voltage self-powered circuit,
which simplifies the system design and production cost.
The chip integrates high-precision inductor current
sampling technology to obtain high-precision constant
current output, and the output line voltage and load
regulation rate are excellent.
DP950XB integrates complete protection functions to
ensure safe and reliable operation of the system,
such as: VDD undervoltage lockout (UVLO),
cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP),
overtemperature protection (OTP),
output overvoltage protection (OVP),
CS setting resistor short-circuit protection,
LED open-circuit and short-circuit protection, etc.
