SPECIFICATIONS

The minimum and maximum values apply for the full range of supply voltage and operating temperature variations. Typical values apply

for VDD = 1.8 V and TA= 25°C, unless otherwise noted.

The maximum die temperature supports the performance stated in Table 2 to Table 39. The maximum operating die temperature takes precedence over the

maximum ambient operating temperature. Use the internal temperature sensor to measure the AD9546 die temperature (see the Temperature Sensor section).
