SPSB081 is protected against V2 shorted to VSREG and V2 reverse biasing when VSREG is higher than 3.5 V. 2. Values for the absolute maximum DC current through the bond wires. Leaving the limitation of any of these values may cause an irreversible damage of the integrated circuit!
