Increasing output current

To increase the output currents up to 400 mA, the two operational amplifiers can be tied in parallel, as shown

in Figure 34. The output resistors Rs prevent differential current flow between the output stages of the two

operational amplifiers due to deviations in Vio. Care must be taken when selecting RS, since they introduce a

non-negligible voltage drop to the design at high currents.
