The VOL-0570 maintenance cleaning kit keeps VF-45 fibre inter-

connects in wall boxes, patch panels or electronic equipment ope-

rating at a ‘just installed’ optical performance level. The system

comprises a spray bottle of Volition HFE-based cleaning fluid and

separate attachments designed for VF-45 socket and plug inser-

tions. HFE based cleaning fluid is non-flammable and non-conduc-

tive. The maintenance cleaning kit is convenient, effective and a

quick way to clean fibres and faces, without disassembly from face

plates or panels.

To complement the VOL-0570, the VOL-0570B allows the cleaning

of both fibres in VF-45 test leads. This kit provides a convenient,

effective and quick way to clean both fibres in plugs on patch cords

and reference test leads.
