Table 12.3 Day-of-Week Codes (RWKCNT) Day of Week Code Sunday 0 Monday 1 Tuesday 2 Wednesday 3 Thursday 4 Friday 5 Saturday 6 12.2.6 Date Counter (RDAYCNT) The date counter (RDAYCNT) is an 8-bit read/write register used for setting/counting in the BCD- coded date section of the RTC. The count operation is performed by a carry for each day of the hour counter. The range that can be set is 01–31 (decimal). Errant operation will result if any other value is set. Carry out write processing after halting the count operation with the START bit in RCR2, or perform a write using the carry flag as shown in figure 12.2. RDAYCNT is not initialized by a power-on reset or manual reset, or in standby mode. The RDAYCNT range that can be set changes with each month and in leap years. Please confirm the correct setting.
