Low RG,LS(INT) (1.5 Ω) LS FET waveforms @ full load
In these images the LS gate-source waveforms for two 30 V LS devices are depicted: the
first has RG,LS(INT) = 1.5 Ω, the second has 3 Ω. The spurious LS G-S voltage drop rises (5.5
V vs. 2.7 V), if only for a very short time (2-3 ns).
