This timing diagram indicates a typical EMI read cycle. Acknowledgement signal

(EMI_WAIT#) is ignored in this case. It also indicates the registers which affect the timing

duration of the different interface signals.

Programming examples

Example 1: A 16-bit peripheral which does not use byte lane procedure is connected with

EMI. The peripheral does not provide the acknowledgement signal. We want to perform

read and write to it. The peripheral is connected to CS0.
