94 / 127 page  11 Temperature sensor The L9679E provides an internal analog temperature sensor. The sensor is aimed at having a reference for the average junction temperature on the silicon surface. The sensor is placed far away from power dissipating stages and squib/pyroswitch deployment drivers. The output of the temperature sensor is available via SPI through ADC conversion, as shown in Table 14. Diagnostics control register (DIAGCTRLx).
