OC1/STS1 Jitter specification
When configured for OC1/STS1 operation, the Jitter
Tolerance and Jitter Transfer performance exceeds
the requirements specified in Bellcore GR-253-CORE.
In the absence of input jitter, the output jitter generated
from the mixed signal PLL after band pass filtering
from 12kHz to 400kHz is 0.07UIpp.
