Video encoder (VENC)

A multiformat video encoder is integrated in SPEAr1340 with 64-bit AXI master and 32-bit

AHB slave interfaces. It supports H.264 high profile video resolution up to 1080p and JPEG

still picture up to 64 Mpixel.
