ΔTLOCK figures reported are given with CAL_TEMP_COMP (ST6 Register) set to’1’ and under the following conditions:

When VCO core is supplied at 4.5V:

- For FVCO ≤ 4500MHz VCALB_MODE (ST4 Register) MUST be set to ‘0’

- For FVCO > 4500MHz VCALB_MODE (ST4 Register) MUST be set to ‘1’

- CALB_3V3_MODE1 (ST4 Register) must be set to ‘0’

- CALB_3V3_MODE0 (ST4 Register) must be set to ‘0’.

When VCO core is supplied at 3.3V:

-For any FVCO VCALB_MODE (ST4 Register) MUST be set to ‘1’

- CALB_3V3_MODE1 (ST4 Register) MUST be set to ‘1’

- CALB_3V3_MODE0 (ST4 Register) MUST be set to ‘1’.

ΔTLOCK data for VCO core supplied at 3.3 V are not available / applicable on product codes STuW81300-1T,

STuW81300-1TR.

10. Current consumption measured with PLL locked in following conditions: Reference clock signal @ 100 MHz; PFD

@50 MHz (R=2); VCO @ 4005 MHz.
