1’b1: Inverts GPIO1 output.

Enables GPIO1 weak keeper.

1’b0: GPIO1 weak keeper disabled (default)

1’b1: GPIO1 weak keeper enabled

Note: Weak keeper is a holder that can be optionally set, it

maintains the previous state driver, with the GPIOx_WK_EN

bit.
