This register allows the CPU to determine if the TIP signals from all the R8TDs are inactive
indicating no transfers in progress.
TIP
This bit, when ‘1’, indicates one or more of the TIP signals from each of the R8TDs is active.
It is the result of all TIP signals ORed together.
